Pomona Ranch Plaza
Located at the junction of 4 counties, Pomonan is in the midst of a significant demographic expansion. With much of the available space from downtown Los Angeles to the San Gabriel Valley already absorbed, affordable housing can only be found to the east.

Pomona Ranch Business Center
With easy freeway access to both the 60 and 71 freeways, the Pomona Ranch Business Center is truly a prime setting. There is easy ingress and egress to the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and Riverside County. The Pomona Ranch Business Center is the illustrious Phillips Ranch segment of Pomona.

Delano Marketplace
Regionally, the city is located between San Francisco, Fresno, Bakersfield and Los Angeles, making it a natural industrial hub. Most importantly is that the city's center is located along Highway 99, one of the state's main north and south corridor to Central California.

Paseo Delano
The Paseo combines entertainment and hospitality anchors with retail, restaurant and office space to create a mixed-use development that is a first for the Delano area. Drawing traffic from downtown and the freeway, the Paseo will be a commerce center in this rapidly growing area.

Delano Industrial Center

Greenfield Crossing
As a growing farming community, Greenfield is in great need of shopping centers offering basic services catering to both the community of Greenfield as well as the motorists passing along Highway 101. To that end, a gas station has been planned, alongside a fast food restaurant.

Arvin Adobesquare
Our project seeks to create a development that balances everyday neighborhood shopping with a place of destination - lifestyle. Through a mixed-use master planned approach that will encompass all four major land use elements, Adobe Square will create a "community identity" that will define Arvin's character while paying tribute to the city's culture and heritage.
